CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Vrundavan Resort Vaibhavwadi Bookings: 

Reservation:

• Kindly note that, the rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher /email is generated. The rates usually are dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and no refund is admissible in such case.
• The estimated cost for stay includes the confirmed room rate, the estimated taxes, and estimated fees.
• The actual taxes, fees prevalent at the time of stay shall be applicable, which may vary from the estimates and you are liable to pay any extra cost on account of such amendments in taxes, fees etc.
• We reserve the right to modify / cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the hotel, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake or error.
• Please note, all extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be available at an on additional charge only.
• In case of non-availability of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the hotel will offer an alternate similar standard room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.
• Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation against the advance payment.
• Normal occupancy/ capacity is displayed against each room type. Additional person (if room size permits) will be charged extra as per prevalent rate of the Hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• We would like you to visit our Resort, but in case your change in plan, we have cancellation process as below which is easy and simple.
• Ensure to inform in writing the cancellation/ amendments in plan to the Hotel Reservation for a refund of your deposit / booking amount. The guidelines in this regards as under:-
• We will not charge any cancellation fee, if booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of check-in or arrival date. However, credit card transaction or processing fee or similar charges if any will be levied. [Example, if your check-in as per booking done is on 31^st of particular month, the cancellation needs to be done on 1^st of that month i.e. 30 days prior]
• If booking is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of check-in or arrival date, 15% of the total stay package charges in full or equivalent to the deposit made (whichever is higher) will be levied.
• If booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the date of check-in or arrival date, 30% of the total stay package charges in full or equivalent to the deposit made (whichever is higher) will be levied.
• In case of a non-arrival on the date of check-in, the total stay package charges in full or equivalent to the deposit made (whichever is higher) will be levied.
• Please note that if an online booking is modified or cancelled with the hotel’s reservation office/ Hotel’s reception office, it cannot / should not be further modified or cancelled online.

REFUND POLICY:

• Refund will be processed in local currency only.
• Please email us at info@vrundavanresortvaibhavwadi.com / support@vrundavanresortvaibhavwadi.comor call us to begin your refund process.
• On cancellation of refundable booking, the refund processing may take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc.

NON-ARRIVAL TO THE RESORT HOTEL (NO SHOW):

• In case if you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel and will be charged for the entire reservation.
• If you fail to check in on the first date but still want to continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please contact us urgently to keep the room for you for the rest of the stay plan. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.
